Anand and Doris Saha, the creators of the AMADEUS BISCOTTI COMPANY, met in Switzerland in 1989. Doris completed her training as a professional Pastry Chef and practiced her craft in some of Switzerland's finest hotels, while Anand studied Hotel Management and honed his business acumen. In 1995, a serendipitous opportunity arose for Anand and Doris in Columbus, Ohio. The young couple opened Mozart's Bakery & Piano Cafe and made Columbus their home. With the generous support of the Columbus community, Mozart’s has grown famous for authentic European foods and an atmosphere that can be found nowhere else.
The Sahas have worked diligently for the past 15 years to provide patrons with many sweet delicacies. In their pursuit of excellence, they have created what is perhaps the world's most perfect biscotti. In 2010, the AMADEUS BISCOTTI COMPANY was born.
